摘    要:课程改革是人才培养模式的重要体现,课程改革最终通过教师来完成.教师参与课程改革积极性不高的深层原因主要是师资培训滞后、教师学术能力不足、教师评价体系不完善等.充分调动教师参与课程改革的积极性,要结合教师职业发展需要,加强师资培训与培养,建立立体的课程管理模型,依托专业教师进行课程管理,构建发展性教师评价制度.
