试论高职教育发展的制约因素及对策

高职教育已成为我国高等教育的重要组成部分,但目前我国高职教育的发展还存在着诸多的制约因素,如人们观念滞后,保障措施不得力,结合渠道不畅,师资力量不足,教学条件不完备等等,这些都严重地影响了高职教育的教学质量和发展规模。为确保我国高职教育健康快速发展,本文围绕这些制约因素提出了相应的切实可行的发展对策。

On the Factors Restricting the Development of Higher Vocational Education and the Countermeasures

Higher vocational education has become an important part of higher education in our country, but at present, the development of higher vocational education in China still exists many restricting factors, such as the concept lagging behind, safeguard measures being not ef- fective, combining channels being not smooth, teaching faculty being insufficient, teaching conditions being not complete and so on, which have seriously affected the quality of teaching and the development scale of higher vocational education. In order to ensure the healthy rapid development of China~ higher vocational education, this paper puts forward the feasible devel- opment strategy around these restricting factors.
