摘    要:绩效考核是教师岗位聘任工作中的重要内容,直接影响到"人才强校和高教强省"战略的实现。本文立足首轮高校岗位聘任工作,分析了事业单位岗位设置与聘用管理工作改革前绩效考核工作的实际和高校实行首轮岗位聘任的效果,为建立健全的高校教师绩效考核评价体系,推进高校岗位聘任管理工作的常态化进程奠定基础。

Abstract:Performance assessment is an important content in the post appointment of teachers, directly affects the realization of the strategy of " Talents Developing School and Higher Educa- tion Developing Province". This paper, taking the first round post appointment in institutions of higher learning as starting point, analyzes the post settings in public institutions, the reality of performance assessment before the reform of appointment management and the effect of the first round post appointment in institutions of higher learning, lays the foundation for establishing and perfecting the performance assessment system of university teachers and promoting the normalization process of post appointment management in institutions of higher learning.
