| 摘 要： | 元朝是蒙古族建立的少数民族政权,在入主中原后,元朝统治者为了政权稳定和长治久安,建立了完备的监察法制.然而,终元之世,元朝政治始终受到官吏贪腐的困扰.本文在现有史料和相关学者研究基础上,对造成元代完备的监察法制下吏治腐败的原因进行分析.

| Abstract: | Yuan Dynasty was the ethical minority regime established by the Mongol nationality. After settling down in the Central Plains, the rulers of Yuan Dynasty established complete a complete supervision legal system for the stability and long - term peace and order of regime. However, till the final time, the politics of Yuan Dynasty had been troubled by corruption of officials. This paper analyzes the reasons that caused the corruption of official administration under complete supervision legal system in Yuan Dynasty on the basis of the existing historical materials and researches of relevant scholars. |
