我国老年人监护制度构建研究

随着老龄化社会的到来,老年人监护问题成为人们越来越关注的焦点,然而我国在社会保障体系建设、社会生活方式或经济发展模式转变等都有些无法适应老龄化社会的到来,尤其是监护制度和法律方面存有很多不足,如立法观念上的滞后和内容的缺失,不能有效应对老龄化社会的到来。本文则根据目前老年人监护制度的不足来探究该如何构建有效的老年人监护制度,以此更好的维护老年人的合法权益。

Study on the Construction of China's Elderly Guardianship System

With the arrival of the aging society, me elderly come the focus people concern, however China＇s social security system construction, social lifestyle and economic development pattern change are unable to adapt to the arrival of the aging society, especially the guardianship system and law have many deficiency, such as the legislation idea＇s lag and content＇s absence, which can not effectively deal with the arrival of aging society. This paper, according to the deficiency of elderly guardianship system, explores how to construct the elderly guardianship system effectively, in order to better safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the elderly.
