| 摘 要： | 社会性别分析是女性主义法学解构传统法律制度及建构性别公正法律制度的有力分析工具,运用社会性别视角审视我国的反家庭暴力立法,将发现直接或间接歧视女性的法律规定。我国在制定家庭暴力防治立法时,应纳入社会性别的视角。

| Abstract: | Gender analysis is a strong analytical tool of feminist law which deconstructs traditional legal system and constructs gender equity law system.When examine the legislation against domestic violence in our country from the perspective of gender,the direct or indirect discrimination against women will be found.Gender analysis must be taken into account in the legislation of anti-domestic violence in our country. |
