| 摘 要： | 由于经济形势的发展及金融学学科专业的发展变化,高校金融学专业人才培养面临着新一轮的挑战。本文在全面分析了金融学专业人才培养方案改革与优化背景的基础上,针对中华女子学院金融系发展的现状,探讨了金融学专业人才培养面临的形势及中华女子学院金融系毕业生的就业情况,反思了中华女子学院金融学专业人才培养方案的优势与不足,进而提出改革与优化的建议。
