福建省发展成人高等教育的若干思考

近几年福建省成人高等教育发展速度较为缓慢,究其原因在于管理部门在认识、相关管理法规以及政府主导协调方面存在值得改进的地方。首先是对于成人高等教育的发展在建立终身教育体系、构建和谐社会,以及在建设海峡西岸经济区中的作用认识不到位;其次是管理法规陈旧,不合时宜,应更多地为教育对象着想,切实体现以人为本;最后是政府指导有待加强,要在发展社区教育、校企协作、国际合作等方面发展主导作用。

On Development of Fujian Adult Education

The recent sluggish development of Fujian adult education is the result of insufficient attention, relevant regulations as well as leadership in the governmental administration. Firstly, there is a lack of understanding that the development of adult education is based on the completion of life-time education system, on the construction of the harmonious society and on the service to the Cross-strait Economic Zone. Secondly, the regulations concerned are not up to date so as to take human as the essential part. Thirdly, the leadership of the government needs to be strengthened in such roles as developing community education, school-enterprise collaboration and international cooperation.
