| 摘 要： | 作为一种新型的社会经济组织，大学科技园孵化器在培养创新创业人才方面发挥着重要的作用。政府、大学、大学孵化器等相关社会组织应充分认识大学孵化器人才培养的特殊功能，统筹协调，共同努力，积极构建完整的创新创业人才培养体系，培养大批更加符合时代要求、更加适应创业需要的高层次人才。
