| 摘 要： | 高等学校党的建设每一项内容都要经过管理的各个层次具体执行、实施。目前，高校党建管理中存在的一些问题，已经影响到高校党建工作的效果，需要研究、解决。笔者从高校党建管理工作的目标、推进管理创新目标实现的措施等方面对高校党建管理工作进行探讨，提出了高校党建管理工作创新的建议。

| Abstract: | Party construction in universities should be implemented and enforced at all levels of administration.At present,some problems which have affected Party construction need to be investigated and solved.This paper discusses the administrative work of Party construction in universities from the aspects of objectives and measures.Some suggestions are put forward to promote the innovation of administrative work in Party construction in universities. |
