| 摘 要： | 民营企业的迅速发展拓展了思想政治教育工作的领域，也意味着民营企业恩想政治教育工作成为新时期思想政治教育工作的重要内容。针对民营企业思想政治教育所面临的困难和特殊情况，研究如何通过思想政治教育工作方法的创新促进企业发展以及发挥企业在构建和谐社会方面的作用。

| Abstract: | The quick development of private enterprise expandeds the realm of ideological and political education. It also means ideological and political education in private enterprise become the important contents of ideological and political education work during recent period. We should do research on how to innovate the methods of ideological and political education to promote private enterprise so that private enterprise could function well in building harmonious society. |
