| Abstract: | More and more concern has been paid to universities＇ scientific research team culture recently. Good team culture is favorable toward researchers＇ psychological harmony, individual and team relationship harmony, the internal and external environment harmony and sharing values. To achieve the psychological harmony of scientific research staff, a shared vision of the team should be clearly defined, team leader shall play a dominant role and a team psychological harmony contract should be created. |
