| 摘 要： | 南方宗族势力具有宗族成员的单纯性;地域上的严密性和封闭性;宗族意识的浓厚性等特征.在社会生活中宗族发挥了以下功能向本族成员提供归属的精神家园,舒缓社会性紧张;互助;权利的保障以及组织公益事业等.与此同时,宗族势力的发展形成了对法治秩序的严重危害.

| Abstract: | The southern clans have the characteristics as below: the same bloodline of clan members; local restriction and strong sense of clan. The clans perform the following main functions in social lives: Providing the clan members with spiritual homelands to return to; relaxing social tension; offering mutual aid, safeguard rights and public service. Meanwhile, the clans are harmful to the order by laws. |
