A Study on Peasants' Petition Action in Partisan Politics Villages

The petition of peasants in partisan politics villages both has individual will and the will of partisan politics. Individual will bestows the petition a connotation of protecting self?interests, while the will of partisan politics bestows the petition a connotation of political struggle. In the partisan politics in village, the petition is used as a tool of political struggling, while the state authority is chased by these parties to get the upper hands in the struggling. By the petition and intervention of state authority, the structure of power among village partisan organizations is remodeled, and the state authority gains the legitimacy and authority through remodeling village power structure and responding to the petition. Partisan politics of the village has induced to the petition action and the reproduction mechanism of petition events.
