| 摘 要： | 近些年来,我国市管县体制出现种种问题,影响到县域经济的发展。为了走出困局,一些省份积极推行扩权强县的改革政策,取得了一定成效。为了促进县域经济发展,广西也有必要而且可以进行扩权强县试点,并需要对此进行科学地规划和安排。

| Abstract: | In these years of late,a lot of problems which the cities lead the counties have affected the development of many counties.Some provinces implement some reformational policies that enlarge the counties'power so as to swell their strength actively in order to overcome the difficulties,and they have got some effects.It is a so necessary and feasible that push the experimental units which enlarges the counties'power in Guangxi Zhuang National Municipality for the sake of economic development of the counties.The municipality should constitute the programming and polities to fulfil it properly. |
