| 摘 要： | 文化作为一种生存方式,是民族生存和发展的前提和基础.民族乡村文化是社会发展的内在运行机制,乡村文化建设就是生存方式的转变和提高;少数民族自我发展能力是指对资源的认识能力、在多种经济形态上的生存能力和对制度的重构和建构的能力等;乡村文化产业的发展是少数民族加强文化建设和提高自我发展能力的一条切实可行的途径.
