建立我国完备的少年司法制度

完备的少年司法制度的建立是保护未成年人权利的重要前提。一方面,通过严密的司法制度保护未使成年获得应当享有的生存权、发展权等基本权利;另一方面,以正当程序保护违法犯罪青少年的权利。但是,我国少年司法制度还很不完善,尤其对青少年违法行为和不良行为的处置,至今尚未建立正当严格的程序,随意性较大。因此,无论从青少年权利保护的角度看,还是从国家法制建设角度看,建立和完善我国少年司法制度都是十分必要的。

A complete juvenile judicial system is an important precondition to guarantee their rights.While the their basic rights, such as the living rights and developing rights, should be protected with a strict and complete judicial system, proper judicial procedures should be adopted to protect juvenile offenders.Chinese juvenile judicial system is incomplete, especially without proper and strict procedures.Therefore,it is necessary that a juvenile judicial system should be constructed and completed.
