| 摘 要： | 根据郑州市现有城市功能的评价和未来城市发展环境的预测 ,剖析了郑州市成长为中心城市的内在动因和意义 ,论证了郑州通过城市定位、城市功能、产业结构、文化形态和城市管理模式等 5个质的转变 ,从而由一般省会城市向区域性中心城市转变的目标和任务 ,提出了人才立市、切实调整产业结构、提高对外开放度等对策建议
