| 摘 要： | 在高校大规模扩大招生数量的背景之下,在图书馆图书数量、建筑面积一时难以达到要求的具体情况下,提高读者服务质量、充分挖掘高校图书馆读者服务工作潜能需要在以下几方面用力:为考级考研学生开设专架和专室、办好相关专栏;针对学校重点学科建设开设专架或专室,实行专人管理和学科馆员的个性化服务;提高服务人员的专业素质和业务能力。

| Abstract: | On the background of university's expanded enrollment,the library can not meet the demand of the books and the building areas,so it is necessary to improve the quality of the readers' service and exploit the potentials of the service for the readers as follows: offering the specific book shelves and rooms for the postgraduates and the students of the key subject construction,editing correlative columns;carrying out the individualized service by the specially-designated persons;improving the librarians' specialized quality and professional ability. |
