科学发展观理念下的社会主义和谐社会建设

以胡锦涛同志为总书记的党中央,高瞻远瞩,与时俱进,提出了科学发展观和构建社会主义和谐社会的宏伟目标。提出这一目标不仅进一步深化对建设中国特色社会主义的认识,创新党的治国理政思想,而且也表明中国共产党把加强党的执政能力建设上升到全新的战略高度,有机地将党的执政理念、治国理念和治理社会的理念结合起来,并作为完整的体系进行建设,无疑是党在执政理念和执政方式上的又一次重大创新。

Keeping pace with the times and taking a broad and long-term view,the leading group of the Party Central Committee with Hu Jin-tao as its General Secretary proposed the scientific outlook of development and the magnificent goal of building a harmonious society.This goal has not only deepened our understanding of the theory of building socialism with Chinese characteristics and innovated the Party's concept of state management,but also has shown that the Party has lifted the building of its governance capacity to an unprecedented high level.It closely combines the Party's ideas of administration,state governance and society management into a complete system,which undoubtedly is a significant innovation.
