| Abstract: | Taking Man as the End as the core of Deng Xiao-ping development concept coincides with Marxism fundamental principles and essence. It is a strategic decision that after deep summarizing the practice experience of reform and opening-up over 20 years the Party Central Committee made to conform to the inexorable trend of the contemporary world development and to fit in with the urgent need of overall building up the well-off society. It fully embodies the CPC's cardinal purpose of founding-Party for the people and administering for the people and the CPC's class nature of serving the people wholeheartedly. |
