| 摘 要： | 运用系统分析的方法和有关人才培养理论,从科研视角分析了高等院校中级人才的成长因素,阐述了高校中级人才科研能力和管理能力的培养途径,探讨了如何营造有利于高校中级人才成长的体制,以期为中国高校中级人才队伍建设提供理论借鉴和参考.
