果业是我国最具优势的战略资源之一,以苹果为主的陕西果业融经济效益、社会效益和生态效益于一体,比较优势明显,发展潜力巨大,但在果品生产、采后处理与加工及销售方面还存在着一系列问题。陕西果业应面向国际、国内两个市场,充分发挥渭北地区的生态资源优势,实施分区分类发展战略、标准化生产战略、产业化发展战略、外向型发展战略和科技先导战略,努力建成全国第一、世界著名的果品生产基地。

Strategic Options for the Development of Fruit Industry in Shaanxi Province

Fruit industry is one of the strategic resources in China with great potential. Leading by apple industry, it boasts superiorities in economic benefit, social benefit and ecological benefit with great production potential. However, there still exists problems in fruit production, post-harvest processing and marketing. So it is suggested that fruit industry in Shaanxi should make adaptation to the international and domestic markets, exert the ecological superiority in Weibai district, make different strategic options in different areas and for different fruit types, try to realize industrialization. The development strategy should be export-oriented and sci-tech supported. The ultimate goal is to make Shaanxi the No. one fruit industry base in China with international fame.
