| 摘 要： | 湖北如何在 2 1世纪初 (前 15年 )抓住机遇加快发展 ,使之跃升为全国发达的省份之一 ,是每个湖北人都十分关心的问题 ,本文拟对下世纪初湖北经济增长的重点和主要难点问题作一些探讨和分析 ,并从微观规制和宏观调控相结合的角度 ,对促进增长要素的改善 ,从而解决我省经济增长的重点和难点问题 ,提出了相关政策建议

| Abstract: | How should Hubei seize opportunity and speed up its growth in the early 21 st century so as to become one of the developed provinces in the country? This is the concern of every native of Hubei. This artcle intends to probe into the focal and difficult points in Hubei's economic growith in this period and then, from the perspective of micro-mechanism and macro-regulation, to suggest counter measures as to how to promote the improvement of elements of growth and tackle these focal and difficult issues concerning the economic growth of Hubei Province. |
