加入WTO,必须建立我国农业标准化制度

标准化制度是实现农业科学管理的基础,是衡量农业生产技术和经营管理水平的尺度,是稳定提高农产品质量的保证,是促进农业技术进步的手段,也是创农业名牌产品的基础和前提.为实现科技兴农,迎接入世的挑战,我国应加强农业标准和农业监测工作,这是发展社会主义市场经济,增强农业在国民经济中基础地位的需要,也是提高农产品质量,增强我国农产品国际竞争力的需要.

Necessary to Build the National Agricultural Standardization System in Order to Join WTO

Standardization system is the base to realise agricutural scientific management,the yardstick to measure the agricultural productive skills and the level of operative management, the guarantee to steadily improve the quality of farm products, the way to promote the progress of agricultural skills, and the base and premise to create agricultural products of famous band. In order to realize prosper the agriculture by science and technology and meet the challenge when joining WTO,we should strengthen agricultural standardization and agricultural supervision, which are the needs to develop socialist marketing economy, to strengthen agriculture's basic position in national economy,to improve the quality of agricultural products and to increase the international competitive ability of the agricultural products.
