| 摘 要： | 陈旧的地方政府绩效评估体系已无法适应时代的需求,亟待创新。电子政务趋于高效、直面公众的优势为绩效评估创新提供了突破口和载体。探索如何利用先进的电子政务信息网络平台,可保证地方政府绩效评估客观、公允,为政府执政能力和服务水平的持续提升及服务型政府的创建提供有力支撑。
