| 摘 要： | 高校和谐班集体建设是高校学生思想政治工作的学生管理的基础,直接关系着班风、系风、校风的建设。借鉴科塞的冲突理论,从班级群体内部冲突角度对班和谐集体建设存在的问题以及解决途径进行了深入探讨。
