关于正义问题讨论中的若干问题之辩

马克思主义经典作家没有留下论述正义问题的专门著作，但并不意味着马克思主义没有自己的正义观，也不意味着正义问题在马克思主义思想体系中属于边缘性问题，更不能从马克思主义经典作家对资产阶级正义观的批判中得出马克思主义是拒斥正义问题的结论。正义问题涉及社会生活的方方面面，或者说人们社会生活的一切领域都存在着是否正义的问题，正义并不仅存在于社会的分配领域。正义是一个历史范畴，人们对正义的理解与阐释通常是多元并存与相互竞争的，不存着一个普遍同意与普遍有效的正义观念，任何正义观念都不是“永恒的真理”。但多元并存与竞争的正义观中也存在着正确与错误之分，只有那种符合历史现实性与必然性的正义观才具有相对的真理性。

On the Discrimination of Some Problems in the Discussion of Justice Issues

Although Marxist classical writers did not leave specialized publications on the issue of justice,it does not mean that Marxism does not have its own justice,nor justice issues are just marginal issues in Marxist ideology. Furthermore, it cannot be concluded that Marxism rejects the justice issues on the ba- sis of critique of the bourgeois justice concept by the classic Marxist writers. The justice issues don＇t exist only in the social distribution field, instead, they involve all aspects of social life concerning with people＇s every day lives. As a historical category,justice is not the ＂eternal truth＂ with a common consent and uni- versally valid concept because people＇s understanding and interpretation of it is often co-existed and compe- ted with each other. But even so,there is a problem of right and wrong among them. Only those reality and inevitability conforming to history can be attributed to relative truth.
