On the Conceptual Analysis of the Socialist State Governance With Chinese Characteristics

The concept of socialist state governance with Chinese characteristics can be understood more accurately when it is reviewed fully from Chinese traditional and modern Western context including all the previous political reports since the Third Plenary Session, especially the usage of Xi Jinping after the 18th National Congress of the CCP. The state governance in Chinese context highlights the Party＇s leadership in the management of state af- fairs, economic and cultural undertakings as well as social affairs in accordance with the Constitution and laws. Furthermore, the overall reform methodology made by Xi Jinping is instructive for our ideology to defend the hegemony of Western discourse in the process of completing the reform.
