晋商学徒制习俗礼仪初考

随着明清商品经济的发展,商业习俗也日渐发展成熟。晋商作为这一时期的重要商帮在发展过程中也形成了相对稳固的行业习俗和礼仪传承,其中学徒制中的习俗和礼仪尤为严谨有序,它包括三方面:一是学徒入门前的考察习俗,二是学徒请进后的培养礼仪,三是学徒出班前的考验。晋商学徒制的习俗和礼仪呈现出程式化和地域化的明显特点,它为晋商的成功营造了良好的人文氛围,反映了明清晋商商业文化已日臻成熟。

Research on Convention and Ceremony of Jin Merchant Apprentice

With the development of commodity economy in Ming and Qing dynasties, the trade convention had also matured day by day. In this period, as a major business society, Jin merchants had formed relatively stable trade convention and ceremony,in which apprentice convention and ceremony were strict and orderly. It consisted of three aspects:Firstly, the apprentice would be tested and judged before enrollment. Secondly, they would be trained to learn ceremony and propriety. Finally,They would be tried before graduation. Obviously,these customs presented distinct characteristics of stylization and regionalization,which helped to build a good humanistic atmosphere for the success of Jin merchants and reflected that the trade culture of Jin merchants in Ming and Qing period had become mature day by day.
