| Abstract: | Economic globalization is the tendency and the necessity of modernization and history as well. This paper raises a question: whether there exists the standard of human beings' modernization. The ultimate purpose of modernization is the modernization of human beings. And the essence of human beings' modernization is how to control people effectively. All this can't be separated from such means as education. |
