| 摘 要： | 文化资源环境一旦开发不当，必将造成不可逆转的后果，应确立文化经济在发展新疆中的地位，加快文化资源优势向经济产业优势转换，在文化资源产业化的过程中高度重视文化资源的保护，使新疆丰富的文化资源得到合理的开发和利用，实现新疆文化经济的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Cultural resources, once developed improperly, will not be reversible. Therefore, the role of cultural economy must be ascertained in the development of Xinjiang. Efforts must be made to quicken the transformation of cultural resources into advantageous economical industrialization, and to protect the resources in the industrialization of cultural resources, so that the rich resources in Xinjiang can be developed and utilized in a rational manner to push forward a sustainable development of cultural economy in Xinjiang. |
