| 摘 要： | 春秋时期,管子为了实现齐国富强图霸的政治目标,主张"以人为本",这是一种时代进步的反映.管子顺应时代发展的潮流,调整不适应生产力发展的生产关系;提高了人民的社会地位,减轻百姓负担,修政惠民,关注民生,大大调动了人们的生产积极性,实现了国家的振兴与富强.他的"人本"治国思想对今天全面建设小康社会也有着重要的借鉴价值.

| Abstract: | In chunqiu period, for carrying out Qi's political objective of being rich and strong, Guan Zi put forward "humanism", which was a reflection of era advancement. He conformed era development, regulated the production relation which failed to keep up with the development of productive force, enhanced people's social status, lightened common people's burden, put emphasis on people's life, aroused production enthusiasm of people so as to make Qi a rich and strong country. The "humanism" of Guan Zi has great significance to today's full building of well-being society. |
