晚清以前大陆农业科技向台湾地区传播的演进

海峡两岸的农业技术发展各有优势 ,具很强的互补性 ,且又极其相似。笔者认为这种农业技术的特性与晚清以前大陆特别是福建向台湾的移民有很大的关系。本文试图从传播的角度 ,论述大陆农业科技包括农业工具、农田水利、种植制度和农作物引种几方面 ,通过移民向台湾地区进行地域传播和社会传播的历史过程。并就大陆农业科技传播对台湾近代的农业发展和社会进步的贡献提出一点看法。

On the extension of the mainland agri-science to the Taiwan island in the Late Qing Dynasty

Both the mainland and Taiwan of China boast their advantages and disadvantages in their agri science developments, which share a lot of similarity and complementarity. It is believed by the author that this technological peculiarity has much to do with migration of mainlanders especially Hokianese to the island in the pre late Qing period. The history of regional and social extension of the mainland agri science and technology to the island through migration is addressed including agri tools, irrigation, water conservancy, cropping system and crop species and variety introduction. Views are put forward on the contribution of such an extension to the modern agricultural development and social progress of the island.
