| Abstract: | The essay discusses the comparison made by Ouyang Xiu between Su Xun's Text and Xun Zi's Text,which can not be found in the collection of Ouyang Xiu.A joke? Ouyang Xiu's metaphorical statement was directed to Su Xun's On Six Theories in light of human natural tendency and critical writing style.He did not mention the similarity of Su Xun to Xun Zi overtly because of four reasons. |
