| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料调研、逻辑分析等方法，对由于长期受竞技武术训练模式的影响，使以武术为健身手段的城市人群在不断萎缩进行分析研究，并提出相应对策，以期对城市群众武术的发展提供有利的理论依据。
