摘    要:文章对20世纪上半叶康区师范教育发展的背景进行了较为全面的考察,对康区师范教育发展概况作了详尽的梳理。不难发现,康区师范教育经历了艰难而曲折的发展历程,但其间闪光之处可圈可点:既有民众的自觉自为,又有当局的不懈努力;既有地方政府与乡村名流的解囊相助,又有中央政府的政策支持,使康区师范教育从附设的简易师范班发展到边疆师范区,为当地教育、经济、文化等的发展作出了积极的贡献。

Abstract:The thesis carries therough a rather comprehensive investigation on the background of the development of the Kham area normal education in the first half of the 20th century,as well as sorts out its general situation at a great detail.No wonder the Kham area normal eduxation undergoes twists and turns in the process of development,however,it has its own merits and drawing power.The joint efforts,that is,the voluntary deeds of the masses combined with the unremitting efforts of the government,the fund sponsored by the local government and the countryside celebrities together with the favorable and supportable policies promulgated by the central government,have assisted the Kham area normal education in developing out of a simple affiliated normal class into a whole system of mormal education in the remote areas in China,which make a great contribution to the development of the local education,economy and culture.
