| 摘 要： | 随着中国经济的快速发展,围绕中国企业的管理研究成为近年来国际研究的热点,但如何建立和发展符合中国企业实际的管理理论是目前海内外学者面临的一个重要问题。在分析当前中国管理理论发展研究现状的基础上,提出了将中国实际与主流管理理论相整合的理论发展观,并在此基础上对未来理论研究的方向进行了展望。

| Abstract: | How to establish and develop the useful theories to Chinese firms is a challenging problem faced by researchers.Based on the analysis of the status quo of theory research in China,the integrative view of theory-developing is proposed by integrating the Chinese firm's institution,transitional environment and culture with mainstream Western theories.Some future researches are also pointed out. |
