人力资源管理专业实践教学体系的构建——以包头师范学院人力资源管理专业为例

人力资源管理专业的实践教学体系由以下内容组成：目标体系，包括认知目标、技能目标、情意目标；内容体系，包括认识实习、以完成学年论文为主要目的的专业见习、模拟实验和课内教学设计、提升综合专业能力的专业实习、综合强化环节毕业论文的写作和学生课外素质拓展活动等；管理体系，包括实践教学管理制度的健全、实践基地的建立和经营、加大实习经费的投入，以及教师实践能力的提升等。
