| 摘 要： | 大学组织的内在逻辑是追求人类的认知,传递对未知的探索和促进社会的发展,而大学科技园的内在逻辑是产业的逻辑,强调市场的作用,强调环境和应用发展的价值,着眼经济的发展。当两种逻辑共存于一个组织中,必然出现逻辑的内在冲突,因此必须对冲突进行内部控制,同时提供冲突控制的制度保障。现阶段比较合理的逻辑选择是维持两者的微妙平衡,同时从制度上维持两者的相对独立。大学与大学科技园冲突的内在逻辑体现了转型期大学变革的理念冲突,对此研究有助于对大学变革的更进一步认识。

| Abstract: | Through the describing the conflicts between the university and the university science park in managing system, this study logically analyzed the internal logic differences between the university and the university science park, and explained the logic differences in institutionalism theory, at last, explored the condition and institutional guarantee. This study analyzed that internal logic conflicts between the university and the university science park reflected the ideas changing of the university in the transforming age. |
