| 摘 要： | 2008年美欧峰会宣言首次涉及中国并抨击中国的人权状况,暴露出美欧在应对中国崛起,特别是中国人权问题上的协调不断加强。在对待中国人权问题上,美欧之间既有一致,也有差异。近年来,美欧不断拓展在中国人权问题上的协调渠道,加强在这个问题上的协调。美欧的协调必将对中国产生重大影响,而中国对此作出明智的回应对于未来中美、中欧关系的发展至关重要。
