摘    要:提高大学的教学质量是世界高等教育改革的重点,教学学术理论对大学教师的教学能力提出了新的标准。以我国高等教育大众化的发展中高校教学面临的现实危机为背景,深入分析教学学术的内涵和特征,探讨高校教师教学能力,尤其以高校教师的教学监控能力标准为核心,对提高大学教学质量进行积极思考。

Abstract:Improving teaching quality in universities is the focus of the world higher education reform.The scholarship of teaching and learning theory asks for the new sandards on university teachers’ teaching ability.With the background of real risis higher education is facing,this article explores the connotation and features of the scholarship of teaching and learning,especially focusing on the university teachers’ teaching ability,thinking about ways to improve university teaching quality.
