| Abstract: | The linguistic motivation for naming Shanghai streets is based on Chinese administrative place names,Chinese geographical entities,typical events in the economic life,historical figures and events,and social needs.The names are the precipitation result of the natural and humanistic environment information of Shanghai’s modern and contemporary history in the Chinese language,and also parts of linguistic social life. |
