| 摘 要： | 界面管理是一种全新的组织管理模式。在研究大规模定制和界面管理内涵的基础上提出了大规模定制企业界面管理的定义,归纳出其特征并进行了深入分析;引入供应链、知识联盟等思想,对大规模定制企业的界面管理模式进行了创新性探析。

| Abstract: | Interface management is a new organization management model.Based on Mass customization and interface management,the concept and characters of mass customization enterprise’s interface management are analyzed.Some ideas like supply chain,and knowledge alliance are brought in.Lastly it analyzed the innovation models of mass customization enterprise’s interface management. |
