| 摘 要： | 对恐怖主义与刑事犯罪、政治犯罪、战争犯罪的关系进行了一些法理分析;进而对打击恐怖主义涉及的自卫权与国家主权、国际司法合作、人道主义等问题作了一定的法理分析。旨在帮助界定恐怖主义和更有效地打击恐怖主义。

| Abstract: | This paper mainly makes some analysis of the relationship between terrorism and criminal, political or war offense by legal principle and afterward of the questions involved in attacking terrorism such as self-defense and sovereignty, international judicial cooperation, humanitaranism, etc. to a certain extent, in order to help define terrorism and effectively attack terrorism. |
