| Abstract: | Executive stock option is an effective and long-term encouraging mechanism, which has been actualized and extended successfully by listed companies in many countries. At present,our listed Companies (among them mostly are large state-owned enterprises) show great interest in Executive Stack options. The author of this paper discusses its producing and peculiarity,then studies further its necessity for listed companies in carrying executive stock options into effect. |
