| 摘 要： | 具有离心力取向的"罗斯化"思想源自东正教,崇尚自然而然的多种语言并存,不主张国家干涉语言使用;而具有向心力倾取向的"俄罗斯化"思想,否定多语现象,主张建立统一的国语和统一的文化。本文试图简要勾勒"罗斯化"思想和"俄罗斯化"思想对沙皇俄国、苏联及俄联邦语言政策的影响。

| Abstract: | Originated from Eastern Orthodox,Rossification with the centrifugal force orientation promotes a natural multilingualism and opposes to state intervention.On the contrary,Russification with the centripetal force orientation promotes a unified national language and culture and opposes to multilingualism.The paper attempts to briefly outline the influence of Rossification and Russification on the language policy during the Czar,Soviet Union and the Russian Federation periods. |
