摘    要:土家织锦“四十八钩”是土家姑娘以土家秉性为核心,以钩藤为素材,借婚俗为依托,祈福为目的,用几何图形由“八钩”逐步演化的艺术珍品。集中表现了土家族辩证地认识、处理天、地、人、神、物等万象的“必变”与“适变”间的对立统一,以求大发大旺的人生理念。它是土家的“太极图”,绝非“女阴崇拜”。

Abstract:"Forty-eight Crochets" of Tujia embroidery is the artistic treasure produced from the geometrical figures "eight crochets" by Tujia girls with the core of Tujia disposition,the material of vine crochets,and with the purpose of dlewing against the background of marriage customs.It embodies the dialectical awareness of Tujia nationality,the opposite unity of "positive change" and "contingent change" of dealing with such manners as the sky,the earth,human beings,Gods and things,and the ideal of seeking great development and posperity.It is not "Vagina wonship",but the Taiji diagram of Tujia nationality.
