试论现阶段稳定人民币汇率的意义及措施

近年来人民币汇率盯住美元保持了相对的稳定,保证了宏观经济长期快速增长,促进了外商在华的直接投资,同时也为港澳和亚洲地区经济发展做出了重要贡献。面对现阶段国际经济利益冲突、巨额国际储备、长期贸易顺差等造成的人民币升值压力,我国应采取改革汇率机制、平衡贸易和资本项目等综合措施化解。

Tentatively on the Meanings and Measures of Stabilizing RMB Rate on the Current Stage

In recent years, RMB has kept a relatively stable rate for its US$-following policy, which ensures the fast and long-term growth of macro-economy, promotes direct investment from the foreign, and contributes to the economic development of Hong Kong, Macau and Asian Countries around China. Confronting with the pressure of RMB's up-valuation resulted from current conflicts of international economic interests, our huge international reserves, long-term trade surplus, etc., our country should adopt comprehensive measures to solving the risks, such as reforming the exchange rate mechanism, balancing trade and capital account, etc.
