| 摘 要： | 保护农民工权利是一项十分艰巨而又复杂的任务,因此我们应该系统而缜密地解决好这一难题。保护农民工权利的宏观思路应从三个方面递进式地加以考虑：首先,必须彻底转变对农民工的态度 其次,进一步完善各项法律制度,促进对农民工权益的保护 最后,在各项条件都成熟的情况下制定《农民工权益保护法》。

| Abstract: | Protecting the peasant laborers' rights is an extremely arduous and complex duty,which demands systematic and meticulous thinking.The task should be considered from three aspects in progressive type:First,attitudes toward peasant laborers must be transformed.Next,rules and regulations are to be perfected.Finally,Peasant laborers' Rights and interests Protection law should be stipulated when conditions are ripe. |
